For their new range of cotton liners, Kimberly Clark wanted to maintain the brands' unique colourful geometric imagery on black but also and most importantly, to speak strong and obvious messages of cotton, softness, natural and breathability. This was a great project where I was able to explore a number of different graphic directions ranging from graphic representations of the cotton plant itself to cotton as a material and even images that simply expressed a feeling of freshness and softness. The final design chosen was one that displayed a combination of natural cotton plants with the feeling of lightness as the wind carries images of loose cotton flowers across the pack.
